“Thank you for all the years of compassionate care of Metro. We were always reassured that he got the same love at Love ‘n Care that he received at home. Thank you for taking such good care of Metro all the way through his final days. Thank you also for your great kindness to our family and your beautiful expressions of sympathy.”

“I don’t know how to begin to thank you for the kindness and compassion you showed when I had to make the difficult decision to end the suffering of my dear cat Shoni. Coming all the way back to the office after hours just for us shows just how deeply you care, not just for animals, but for the people who love them. Shoni’s death was difficult for me, but I will always be grateful that under your gentle hands it was easy, and painless for him. When God decides to entrust another kitten into my care, I know that with your healp, we can make sure it enjoys as long and as healthy a life as Shoni enjoyed. Once again, thank you, not only for the care you gave Shoni, but also for Pixel, Sparrow, Savoy, and Schulyer. May God bless you and your family.”

“When I first brough Bingo to you, you said,”He is very sick but, I will do everything humanely possible to save him.” “No,” I said, “That isn’t good enought, I want you to do the impossible.” Since that time, you and your dedicated staff have lavished your expertise, tender loving care and kindness upon him. It extended his life five years for which I am very grateful and appreciative. I wish that it could have gone on forever but, I learned a long time ago that “all good things must come to an end.” I am completely devastated, sad, and broken hearted by his loss but, I’m looking forward to our reunion at that fabled “Rainbow Bridge” so that we can cross over it together and continue our walk side by side throughout eternity.”
